Asynchronous Online (8.5 hours)
This course focuses on incorporating retrieval practice into content instruction. It balances developing knowledge about how retrieval practice works in the brain through course readings including, Retrieval Practice: Research & Resources for Every Classroom, and time spent developing, using, and evaluating resources to incorporate retrieval practice into content instruction. The course is designed for content teachers grades K-12. The class will be taught through Google Classroom.
